How does a phase change material cooling vest actually work?

Sealed panels contain a material that changes from solid to liquid at a defined transition temperature. While it changes phase it absorbs heat from the body and holds the contact surface close to that temperature. Once the material has fully melted, the panel is recharged in cold water, a refrigerator or a freezer and can be used again. No batteries or power supply are involved.

Can we request samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples of standard products are available for evaluation, and pre-production samples can be made for customised specifications. Submit the product name, target specification and delivery address through the enquiry form and the sales team will confirm sample availability, cost and courier arrangements.

What are the minimum order quantity and production lead time?

Minimum order quantity depends on the product, the level of customisation and the packaging format, so it is confirmed together with the quotation. Lead time is calculated from artwork and specification approval, and the schedule is stated in the proforma invoice. For repeat orders with unchanged specifications the lead time is shorter because tooling and artwork are already approved.

Which documents can you provide for our import approval?

Depending on the product we can supply quality management system certificates, textile and material safety test reports, material safety data sheets for the phase change material, thermal performance test reports and product compliance declarations for applicable models. Tell us which documents your import approval requires and we will confirm what is available for the specific item you are ordering.

What is the process for an OEM or ODM project?

It starts with your requirement: target user, wearing environment, expected duration, size range, branding and packaging. We then propose a specification including panel quantity, phase change temperature grade and shell fabric. After you confirm, a pre-production sample is made for approval, and bulk production begins once the sample and artwork are signed off.
